Products
All product statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and not the ProteinStop.co.uk. All reviews on the site are from independent individuals and are not the views of the Protein Stop or its staff. The Protein Stop takes no responsibility for incorrect information on products or reviews. Liability for adverse reactions or poor performance also lies solely with the product manufacturer.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, through PayPal or by mail (e.g. cheque, postal order or cash (sent solely at customer’s own risk)). If you choose to mail your payment your order will not be sent until the payment has been received and processed through our system. (It the case of cheques please allow up to 5 working days for clearance by bank)
Stock
Should the goods ordered be out of stock at any stage or not expected back in stock within seven days you will be notified by email and given the option of a) waiting for more stock to arrive b) other goods of the same value to be sent in replacement or c) a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the payment being made.
Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible.
Even though we do our very best to get the goods to you as soon as possible delivery times can be by no way guaranteed. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and failure of sending goods within 28 days a refund will be issued
If the goods are delayed outside the UK by a foreign postal service or customs and excise they are not covered by any refund guarantee unless the goods are returned to the us, the Supplements Centre.
In the unlikely event of the incorrect goods being sent out they must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. The Protein Stop will either arrange for the goods to be picked up or for lighter goods kindly ask the customer sends them back and the postal costs refunded.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, then a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
If goods can’t be delivered due to the customer being out, a card left by the courier or unattainable in anyway then again a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us
Cancelation
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within seven days of purchase.
Any cancelations will be refunded in the same manner as the payment being made within 28 days
Such cancelations are only honoured once the goods are returned to us (if sent) in the exact same condition as received. All costs encored in returning the goods must be covered by he customer.
Prices
Even though we try to ensure our prices are always up to date situations beyond our control may arise where the prices are subject to change.
Returns
If for some reason you wish to return products to us then any expenditure encored in doing so i.e. postal costs must be borne by the customer. The goods must be returned within seven days and in exactly the same condition as they were sent. The Protein Stop reserves the right to use their discretion when issuing a refund at this stage in relation to the condition of the goods returned.
The customer must pay any costs incurred in returning the goods (i.e. postage costs). The Protein Stop reserves the right to discount any costs encored to themselves during this transaction from the refund
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
Copyright
The contents of this Website are protected by the law of copyright. All rights in this Website, including Copyright, are owned or licensed to the Protein Stop. You may copy or save items included in this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
Import Duties
Goods ordered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and are not the responsibility of the Protein Stop.
Damages
All goods MUST be checked upon receiving them. In the unlikely event of the goods being damaged during transit they MUST NOT be signed for. The Protein Stop reserves the right to not issue a refund once the goods have been signed for. If a claim is to be made against the delivery company for damages encored during transit then a refund will not be made to the customer until the said company has refunded the Protein Stop. If a refund of this nature is being sought and is not issued by the delivery company then the Protein Stop will not issue a refund to the customer.
If the goods have been found to have a manufacturing defect they must be returned in the exact same condition as being received within 7 days.
Privacy
We respect your right to the privacy of your personal information. We will never pass your details on to other third parties.
